2a. We do not nor will we divulge any personal details we receive from you to anyone outside the Dyslexia Research Trust nor will we pass it to third parties. We will guard any financial information you send us (credit card and bank details especially). We will not divulge that information to third parties other than those specified by you.

2b. However we cannot be held responsible for third parties obtaining your financial data if you send that information over an unsecured electronic network. This is clearly beyond our control.

2c. Your address and contact details as well as any information relating to your enquiry will be kept confidential. It will only be used with your express permission.

2d. We may contact you for the purposes of using your story in promotional material and fundrasing literature. We will not use your story without your express written permission to do so.

3. From time to time though we may write to you with offers and details of information you may be able to purchase. This might include: merchandise, seminars, conferences and conference materials. You are at liberty at any time to write or call us to say that you do not wish to receive these offers. We will respect that wish and to the best of our abilities ensure you do not receive further offers.
